Volunteer Opportunities:


Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA Instructor

Individuals should practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, or Boxing, or have related specialties such as wrestling or athletic conditioning. He/She should have practiced their sport for a minimum of two years (Blue Belt or higher for BJJ) and commit to co-teaching a minimum of one class per month.

Academic Tutor

Host tutoring sessions for elementary and high school-level English, Math, and Science. Tutors should commit to a minimum of two sessions per month.



Personal and Professional Mentor

Change a life in a deep way! Meet with a student on a regular basis to provide both personal and professional support. Ideally, you will be paired with a student who is interested in studying or pursuing a career in your field. This is a bi-weekly commitment for a minimum of one year.


Host an MMA Clinic at Your Gym

Host an “MMA Clinic” at Level Ground or at your gym! Provide detailed instruction in a particular aspect of Brazilian Jiu Jitus, MMA, or related sport. These options are good alternatives for individuals who want to contribute time but cannot attend consistently.
